Nathan Wilks is an American composer and pianist living in Dallas. He has been teaching for over a decade in both private lessons and college classes. He is a graduate of the University of Utah (Ph.D) and Texas Christian University (MM), and has taught composition and theory at A&M-Commerce, and music theory at Texas Christian University He has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Durington Composition Award, The Salty Cricket Audience Choice Award, and the Marvolene Bowe Speed Award in Composition.
