Nathan Wilks is an American composer and pianist living in  Dallas.  He has been teaching for over a decade in both private lessons and college classes. He is a graduate of the University of Utah (Ph.D) and Texas Christian University (MM), and currently teaches composition and theory at A&M-Commerce.

He has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Durington Composition Award, The Salty Cricket Audience Choice Award, and the Marvolene Bowe Speed Award in Composition.
